Default Need Help: Setting a LAN/WiFi Network with Static IP.

Guys i badly needed help on setting this network.. right now this is my setup:

    TCP/IP Settings: Imageshack - lanu
    WAN Settings: Imageshack - wans

my two modem is connected into LAN Port 1 not on WAN Port - pero dili dungan puli2x kung unsa naay connection klaro...

    I have:

    - PLDT MyDSL ZyXel P-600 Series and a Globe WiMax
    - CD-R King "el cheapo" Wireless/Lan Router
    - 2 pc withour wifi
    - 1 laptop with wifi

what i want is to make all the workstation who will connect to my router use a static ip, so i can easily connect to other computer using its ip, however since i disable the DHCP on the settings that prohibits me from connecting since the ip is constantly changing everytime i connect, but when i set the DHCP into a server thats the problem comes i cant connect to the internet.... and still have problem on connecting into other computer

    Question:

    1. Giunsa man pag connect nimu ang duha ka modem sa LAN port #1.
    2. Duha ba imong active Internet connection karon (ex. PLDT & Globe).

*Pwede man ka gamit ug static IP sa tanan nimu computer pero ayaw i disable ang DHCP sa imong router. Para dili mausob ang IP sa imong mga computer naa kay duha ka option, pwede ka mag assign ug static IP address sa imong mga computer or kung naay option imong router nga DHCP Reservation pwede ug kana ra imong gamiton no need to assign static IP address on you computer manually.

**Kung ga gamit gani ka ug duha ka ISP (PLDT & Globe) at the same time kinahanglan ka ug dual WAN router. FYI ang PLDT is using Public IP while ang Globe naka Private IP na sila if not mistaken.

oopsss sorry wala nako ma specify ug klaro... i-puli2x ra nako kung unsa naay connections...

so basicly leave as-is ra jud ang WAN setup nako all i have to change is on TCP/IP setup?, do i still have to put the default gateway on all the workstation or i just leave it blank?

will the IP used on on PLDT and Globe may affect my settings?

i transfered and set the DHCP enable, do i need to set the WAN into DHCP client or Static IP?, coz i only have local connections and no internet

DHCP lang gihapon ang WAN, unless your ISP provides you a Static IP address which is more expensive plan.
