@TS: I've experienced that most of my AMD processor's I used. Heres what you do:

    - Check your HSF if its properly mount. Bali baliha ug taud.
    - Check if your thermal paste if its already dry so its time for you to replace it but clean your HSF and processor before applying new thermal paste. And by the way use the gray thermal compound w/c is more effective. TX2 from tuniq thats what I used.
    - Check your chassis if it has a good airflow, and add more 120mm fans if possible.

In my case, one of my hottest processor AMD Athlon X2 also rises that temps into 60C-75C idle. I checked all I mentioned to you but no luck. What I did was I replaced the old stock HSF to my unused AMD HSF w/ thermal paste and mount the HSF clip to TOP. Add 1 x 120mm fan and then I fired it up now the temps goes 30C-45C idle/loaded for 6 months already w/ no problem.

    Try daw doh...
