    Default WARNING: ATM na dili mu dispense ug cash pero makuhaan inyu balance


    WARNING: to all the people para ma avoid ninyo ang hassle . widraw lang gyud mo sa inyung corresponding banks. Like if you have a BDO atm card sa BDO machine nalang gyud mu widraw. just last night tongod sa kadaghan sa tao sa mga malls, i tried withdrawing to a different bank bahala ug naay charge pero to my surprise ang amount na ako gi widraw which was P1,500.00 disaapeared when i balanced inquiry it ... walay ni dispense ug cash. when i called the hotline they adviced me to wait for 14 banking days usa nako mahibaw an ang resulta, can you just imagine 14 days ka magpaabot... tongod lang sa ka busy sa ilang network, ilang system nayabag. so when i asked asa daw na deduct ang 1500.00 na amount it was in the metrobank ATM kanang near sa entertainment center sulod sa AYALA .watch out mo mga people, i really dont know if mao nin ang bagong style sa mg banko, deliberately or intentionally kuhaan imung account . imagine if mahitabo na sa 1000 ka clients a day, and 300000 clients a month. unya gamay pa ug interest , wagtang pa gyud kalit imung account,. unsaon nalang.... kita ang mag antos sa ilang sayop, hassle gyud ni kaayo. mas maayo pa ug passbook walay labad.

    unsay reaction ninyo ani? basta akong 1500.00 floating ghapon... paita...kapoy gyud kaayo

    ^^ it happens. ma debit imo balance pero mauli raman. mahitabo man sad na even sa imo own bank. usually 7 banking days raman na, mabalik na dayon.

    luoy pud ang nakuhaan.

    Unsang bank neh bro? kay I have had a worst experience before with one of the leading banks , but before nako e-relate diri, I want to know first if it's the same bank.
    then I'll give my piece to serve as a warning to our fellow istoryans.

    bdo ang atm nako gigamit... makalagot gyud kaayo... ma shock lang ta why insufficient funds...

    pero my point is ilang sayop tapos kita pa ang mu suffer. kanang mu widraw ta ug passbook unya sa lain bank ta mu widraw, they charge us 100 pesos withdrawal fee, kadungog ba sila ni reklamo ta mga clients unya dili nila tarongon ilang serbisyo.. mura bya ug dagko ang interest perti pa gyuy gagmaya

    usual scenario nman ni sa mga ATM bro, nka experience ko ani sa Landbank Tacurong Branch sa Sultan Kudarat kay didto ko na-assign nahurot ka debit ako 15-day na sweldo pwerte nko problemaha kay amo office Cebu pa nya wla rba jud lain bank didto na may express net na ATM, at that time is BDO Cash Card ako ATM. ako gbuhat file rko dritso ug complain form sa branch nla pagka-ugma credit ra man blik ako kwarta. dugaya pud anang 14 banking days bnuang nman sad na bro ilaha, mkita ra man unta na nla dyon inig audit icredit back ra man dyon na.

    pnakapait nko experience with ATM is kto student pa ko allowance nko sa DOST scholarship nga ako tawn gtipigan nawagtang lang kalit then reklamo ko sa Landbank ila explanation kay nagwithdraw daw ko ani nga time ana nga lugar then lahi pa jud na bank na wla gni ko katultol asa nga dpit. nya file daw ko complain letter sa ila Head Office sa Manila, nya student pa lge ko ato naning dli gnahan mo absent pasagdahan nlang nko mawala ako 1500 may nlang gni kay gbinlan pko 500.

    Aw dili diay parehas bro yet halos parehas ang sitwasyon, so i guess ako nalang jud neh isaysay diri para makahibaw ato fellow istoryans what's the right move if the same thing would happen to them (God forbids!)

    It happened to me 10 years ago, I worked in a semiconductor company in Cebu. During that period, ATM is not obliged or compulsory for employees, voluntary lang. So since, single pa lageh ko, so I opt to get my pay from the ATM so magwidraw lang ko if I need money lang.
    So I open an ATM account salary transfer at Metrobank Fuente branch infront of the old SSS office beside DYRF station. Since I get used to not withdraw every payday only after 2 weeks or more kay i don't have that dire need of money pa lageh.
    But then, there was this incident na magpyesta mi sa amoa, so i need to have cash on hand panghikay.
    Ang pyesta ra bha kay natumong sa petsa 16 sa bulan so tyming kaayo tingsweldo. Sauna, mauna ug kadebit ang sweldo sa mga naka ATM kesa sa mga cash payment (over the cashier)/paymaster). So kumpyansa tawn kaayo ko nga nasulod na jud.
    To my surprise, ge-check nako 15, wala pah,badtrip na kaayo ko kay ako mga kauban humana tanan ug kubra (over the counter). I ask permission from my work to take a leave so I can visit the bank. I have the payroll's proof showing that my salary was already transferred 5 days ago. How on earth the balance is zero.

    So I went to the bank and have spoken to the manager, they promised that they'll fix the problem ASAP.
    But since i don't have much time to waste kay pyesta na the following day, so I insist that I want my money now itself. Dibha ang usual closing hours sa bank is 3pm. The security asks me to leave from the bank as it's already closing time. I told them I will leave the moment I'll get my money.I'd show them that I'm not open for any compromise. I just need my money you call the authorities I don't care as far as I'm concerned it's my money you f**K. Suko na kaayo pud ang manager sa clerk. Later it was discovered that my salary was debited to someone's else account. Holy Cow! The manager politely approach me and told me what's the real score. He said that there's nothing that he can do. It was an accident he said. Human error.
    Instead he provide me the name of the person where they erroneously transferred the money. They asked me to seach for that individual as we're just working in the same firm.
    I replied to them "what the hell! FYI, we're more than 8,000 employees in this company with different work timings. We change our shifts weekly. Mahuman na lang siguro ang tuig di pa nah nako makit-an ng tawhana, and the moment also that I'll find that girl, definitely d na niya mauli ang kwarta!"
    I told them that I'm not that stupid to do that! Why should i suffer the consequences of your negligence & irresponsibility.Pwerte na nako pagkahasol karon, neabsent nako sa ako work nya ing-anion pa ko ninyo. NO WAY!
    To end the story, the manager gives up on meand gave me the whole amount of my money and at that very same time, right then & there also, I closed my account with them, they told me that i don't have to do that, I said, "nekaon nako tagam , sir".

    Di jud tah palupig aneh mga banko, WE have to fight for our right , that's our hard earned money, custodian lang sila and we pay them back for safekeeping our money , it's not a FOC (free of charge) service.

    nakasuway akong hubby ani...metrobank iya atm..then sa metrobank ra sad na atm sa act xia nag widraw...nakuhaan iya money...bsag walay gi dipense na cash...
