    Default KARTZONE Driver Classification for 2010 season


    Here is a list for the 2010 Autocross driver classification.

    EXPERT DRIVERS:

    1. David Lim (DGL)
    2. Mato Tan (DGL)
    3. Alfred Yap (ACR)
    4. Erivin Go (ACR)
    5. Philip Lim (NCR)
    6. Jong KIng (NCR)
    7. Derek Arculli (Kartzone)
    8. Jess Garcia (Kartzone)
    9. Peterson Lim (Hilton)
    10. Manger Calderon (Kartzone)

    If your name is not on this list then you are still eligible to join novice classes. This list was classified based on previous results of our Autocross races.

    The list is final, but we may add a few more drivers to the list......

    hehe...request man ang uban.....if there are more drivers nga kenhanlan sa expert PM lang nako....then we will check results sa PACS and Kartzone results....

    RULE UPDATES:

    PREVIOUS RULE:

    Turbo factor is cc x 1.3 (turbo factor)

    NEW RULE:

    Turbo factor for 4WD cars will be increased to cc x 1.5 (turbo factor)

    Turbo factor for 2WD cars will be decreased to cc x 1.2 (turbo factor)

    1. Suggestion adding experience. So ang drivers classification: novice, experienced then expert. Mag butang dayon definition

    also put a limit on light category on engine displacement. Example only 1100cc to 1500cc allowed on Light. And still using ur formula.

    maybe sa stock light class we will put a displacement limit....to be discussed further...

    2. car classificiation: suggestion additional sa rules ninyo
    congrats sa kartzone anyway have a few comments regarding the light and heavy weight categories.
    if you really want to level the playing field i suggest you put an engine displacement bracket sa weight category on top of your formula for minimum weight allowable to run on each weight category.
    I am pasting your rules copied from previous post and putting my suggestion in red color:

    Car Classes

    Street Class

    • Production unibody cars only. No tube frame, half tube or custom cars.
    • Non-performance engine only. Performance engines have to run in super street.
      • No internal modification allowed in the engine. No after market cams, pistons, valves, or any other performance internal engine parts.
      • Engine must contain all OEM parts.
      • Intake induction is open.
      • Exhaust is open.
      • No forced induction allowed.
      • No nitrous injection allowed.
    • Complete interior.
      • Race seat allowed but all interior must be complete.
      • Same number of seats as in OEM.
      • Dashboard and door side panels must be present.
    • Full glass panels.
    • Complete body panels.
      • Fiberglass or carbon fiber allowed but all body panels must be attached to the car.
    • Exhaust should reach rear bumper.
      • Only the length of the exhaust is regulated. The type, manner of sound suppression or diameter of exhaust is open.
    • Suspension modification is allowed.
    • Only STREET TIRES are allowed. No semi-slicks or full slicks.
    • My suggestion is put a engine displacement bracket for the weight category
      • Light: 1500 cc and below Plus your formula below
      • Middle weight: 1600 to 2000 cc
      • Heavy weight: 2000 cc up plus your formula below
    • Weight categories.
      • Light – 650kgs. + 200kgs. per liter - example 650kgs. + (1.6 liters x 200kgs.) = 970kgs.
      • Heavy – 950kgs. + 200kgs. per liter - example 950kgs + (1.6liters x 200kgs.) = 1270kgs.
    Super Street Class



    • Production unibody cars only. No tube frame, half tube or custom cars.
    • Performance engine is allowed. Modified non-performance engine is allowed.
    • Only STREET TIRES are allowed. No semi-slicks or full slicks.
    • No SUPER CARS allowed
    • suggestion is put a engine displacement bracket for the weight category
      • Light: 1500 cc and below Plus your formula below
      • Middle weight: 1600 to 2000 cc
      • Heavy weight: 2000 cc up plus your formula below
    • Weight categories.
      • Light – 650kgs. + 200kgs. per liter - example 650kgs. + (1.6 liters x 200kgs.) = 970kgs.
      • Heavy – 950kgs. + 200kgs. per liter- example 950kgs + (1.6liters x 200kgs.) = 1270kgs.
    Modified Class



    • Production unibody cars only. No tube frame, half tube or custom cars.
    • SUPER CARS are allowed.
    • No FULL SLICKS or COMPETITION SLICK tires as listed in these rules. In case of doubt, the race director shall have the final decision on whether tires are allowed or not.
    • My suggestion is put a engine displacement bracket for the weight category
      • Light: 1500 cc and below Plus your formula below
      • Middle weight: 1600 to 2000 cc
      • Heavy weight: 2000 cc up plus your formula below
    • Weight categories.
      • Light – 550kgs. + 200kgs. per liter - example 550kgs. + (1.6 liters x 200kgs.) = 870kgs.
      • Heavy – 800kgs. + 200kgs. per liter - example 800kgs. + (1.6 liters x 200kgs.) = 1120kgs.
    Open Class
    • Production unibody cars only. No tube frame, half tube or custom cars.
    • The only limitation is the weights as listed below.
    • Weight categories.
      • 500kgs + 200kgs. per liter. - example 500kgs. + (1.6 liters x 200kgs.) = 820kgs.
