guys help please.. i bought a Compaq Q40 since it didnt have any bundled original OS, and to save money i planned to install a pirated XP on it.. but only to find out it's not compatible to XP.. naa na diay ni ingon ani karon? for Vista nlang nga mga Laptops? or something can be done about it para XP can be installed? please help me mahal ra kaayo ang Vista 4k++

To solve your problem, you have to purchase MS Vista to install it in your laptop to have all your hardware drivers work only in Vista. And discourage installing pirate OS. Since you afford to buy your lappy, much better you have enough to buy for the OS. If you don't have, there are lot of free OS there such as Linux in different distributions you want.

Unsa mana imong laptop bai naa nanay naka install nga OS daan?
Daghan naman pud baligya nga Modified Windows XP and Pwedi pod sa internet Daghan naman kaayo Modified XP nga available for download.
Mas maayo pa sa original XP.
Murag wala paman tingali laptp nga dili pwedi ma installan ug Xp.
Tanan man tingali compatible pa gyapon ang XP.

basin dili bootable ang imo gamit na xp, try using a bootable one

sorry about that, anyway lets say orig na XP di parin puede eh.. my XP was Bootable.. drivers ra gyud daw ani kay Vista Compatible.. but i dont believe that why gud ang isa ka model ani puede XP. one thing i dont like about Vista is that it sucks up a lot of Memory. specially nga laptop ni limited kaayo ang memory.

Is it Q40 or CQ40? If you look underneath the laptop, it should say something like 'CQ40-200 TU' or similar.

Lets say orig na XP ... but lets say in the first post dili orig na XP.
