To continue with the warranty process, Logitech requests the following:

We do not require you to send the product back to us
2. Just send a copy of your receipt using one of the following methods:
Option A) Reply to this email with the receipt as an attachment.
Option B) Include a copy of the receipt in the package being sent back to Logitech.
Option C) Fax to 510-505-0978. Be sure you clearly write the incident number ( 091001-XXXXXX) on the receipt.
Please note that your replacement will take 7-10 days to complete the process. You will receive an email with a tracking number once the product ships.
