    Arrow Logitech - You are the best!


    I just want to share the OUTSTANDING customer support extended by logitech to me. Pls. read on...

    I filed an RMA to logitech for my laptop mouse (3 yrs warranty daw based sa ila website) kay gihulog ni commander nya dili na mo ON.
    Sayangan man gud ko coz I saw the same item sa Octagon (we all know nga $$ jud ni sila) priced at P5k++
    This item was bought in newegg and I was asking logitech to send the replacement here in the Philippines.


    I quoted the email sent by logitech to me below

    Dear Mr. JXXXX

    Thank you for contacting Logitech Electronic Technical Support.. You are receiving this email because your recently contacted Logitech regarding product warranty.

    To continue with the warranty process, Logitech requests the following:

    1. We do not require you to send the product back to us

    2. Just send a copy of your receipt using one of the following methods:

    Option A) Reply to this email with the receipt as an attachment.
    Option B) Include a copy of the receipt in the package being sent back to Logitech.
    Option C) Fax to 510-505-0978. Be sure you clearly write the incident number ( 091001-XXXXXX) on the receipt.

    Please note that your replacement will take 7-10 days to complete the process. You will receive an email with a tracking number once the product ships.

    Should you have further questions, please do not hesitate to let me know. I will be more than happy to assist you.

    Ang tinood nga satisfaction is if ok ila services, pang dugang points rana email like ana bro...hehehe..hahaha...peace logitech!

    Tsk!wat a stupid thinking. Mao na btaw nah ang usa sa mga good service na ila gprovide. And besides, nindot sad ila mga products. I'm not bias, I'm just telling the truth. :P. Nice Technical Support.

    Noh? Salig rapud au lage ang Logitech.. Prone to scams and such kun anion nila ang process, I think.

    Murag dli bro. Dli pud cgoro sila mo provide og technical service support kung wala nila ginaanticipate ang ingon ana na mga scenarios (Scamming...etc). And as we can see mangayo pud sila og reference (receipt upon purchase) which is very vital kay proof naman jud sya in the first place unya ila man pud na i-evaluate/investigate before doing such. Ila na nah ginaanticipate tanan circumstances so dli jud prone sa mga mo-attempt og binuang.

    pwede pud biya ni ma scam kay dili man nila ipadala ang defective item, resibo raman ila gi ask nako. Pwede ra gani ing-non nako nga guba ang item bsan wala.

    To think pud, dili man unta ni cover sa warranty kay dinanghag mani kay gihulog sa ako misis ang mouse.

    the good news pud ani is dli nako makagasto send sa defective item back to them ang problema lang ani nig abot sa item diri sa ato...agi napud ko sa post office ug customs....

    pero bahala na..as long as mailisdan ug new....

    i haven't encountered issue's with my logitech peripherals but reading this made me so happy ahah
