even a G31-chipped mobo cud do gaming... depende sa budget nmo bro... kung taas2s imo budget, go for the mobo that's made for gaming, or shud i say, enthusiast level mobo.
consider first the chipset in choosing a mobo.
Intel gaming chipsets:

AMD:
780
790fx
nvidia
790sli
these are some of the available chipsets optimized for gaming today...
i recommend Gigabyte, ASUS, EVGA, DFI

what's your plan for your gaming setup...gamit ka ug multiple video cards? if so then choose kung you are going ATI or NVIDIA...kung ATI videocards imong gamiton then get a mobo nga pwede ug crossfire setup, kung NVIDIA ka, then get one nga pwede ka maka 2way or 3way SLI...

bro mao ni ang plan nako mo palit ko ug motherboard architecture niya pang AMD then gusto ko built-in ang video or capable for gaming or chipset niya kay Nvidia? naa ba na cya ? i need idea what motherboard i will use?

better state ur budget first. and the rest will follow. alangan mn tigaan tkaw 20K nga gaming mobo den imo budget is only 5K. be specific.

quit it. you can buy a gaming motherboard but you wont buy a video card. even built-in video in motherboards don't do well in todays games Originally Posted by gennoske
