Need Advise (being a Full Time, part timer) - Biz, Professional, sidelines/part time

I'm soliciting ideas, knowledge, and perhaps wisdom from you experienced individuals out there as to how to be a Full Time part timer..Here are my following questions:

1. Freelancing - I already know about those ICT/BPO related freelancing and corresponding site sources, the problem is i'm do not have such a background although I'm working in a callcenter right now..di manjud nanako background and I'm an Industrial Engineer; So I want to know other ventures of freelancing nga pwede; Also I want to solicit advise on how to balance your time/motivations while having a full time job and a part time/sideline (Note: I want examples/experiences - sorry kung demanding kaau )

2. Business - same as the last sentence above: balancing work and business?? Should go alone? or the more the merrier? hirit nlng pud: criteria for a potential biz partner

3. Investments - what if daghan nakag investments + biz + sideline nga simang pagyud? wat to do?

4. Personal Toll - kung daghan kaau kag gibuhat unsaon nimo pag balance sa family-personal-love life? Also the peer pressure of callcenters is annoying the hell out of me..they (teammates) keep saying you're too young to do investments, go into business, focus 1st sa imung pagkaprofessional, laag/lingawx2 panagsa...(I'm enjoying what im doing so its still fun, to the point nga naglibug ko kay nahadlok ko or tungod sa ilang annoying remarks guro)

Frustrated Social Worker: uhmmm manabang og taw..scholar este graduate nko sa usa sa mga training program sa aboitiz then nag himo mig project then na approvan sa affiliate nila for funding & implementation (samot ning makalibug sa akong kinabuhi kung unsaon ni!)

in short daghan kog ginabuhat sakong kinabuhi karon ug daghan pang gstong buhaton..so far im enjoying and the only stress I encounter kay work related man (pagkacolboi)...and ang uban nga endeavors kay mura ra cya stress reliever of sorts so OK ra but Im still confused before I engage into something mao rana...

Good thing to know your an IE! kay pareha ta probably older than your for a couple of years...

i also work full time in a manufacturing company but i also have a part-time job as well as 4 sideline businesses, aside from being a full time wife and mom

so what i did? eventhough, my husband and me are both working, i always look forward for the future of our son. so this is what i did. Aside from my full time job in a food manufacturing company, i teach online. that's part-time but the pay is much bigger than my full time job in case i would go full time.

then, i go for sideline businesses, first, when my baby came out, i had my store opened. just a small sari-sari store in our house. but believe me it does help me pay the bills.

then early this year, i invested a little amount to sell ice cream on our company canteen and i did it together with friends cause the total amount to invest was quite big for me.
second, also with the same of friends, we bought a bakery just located near the company i was working.

lastly, i had a small lending business. i lend money to some of my co-workers with a little interest.

so that's how I earn some money.

it's not much but at least, i do have some savings which i placed in company cooperative and its earning more than placing money in a bank.

but still im looking ways on to earn money aside from what i have.

if there some ideas i would really appreciate it

hmmm unsaon pag balance sa emo time? kana mag depende jud na sa emo deskarte but sa ka dghan atung emo mentioned activities unya nabuhat tu nimo tanan it simply shows nga managing time kaya ra kayu nimo deskartehan , >> but maskin sa kadaghan sa imo gpang buhat as long as na enjoy na nimo tanan then naa ka contentment na feeling di na goro mag matter even if pang sleep nalang na time na bilin para nimo....

hmmm sa bizniz and other ventures di mn na mag matter ang age wy bata2x ana oi basta sa tan aw nimo ma happy ^_^ ug satisfied ka GO For It! ayaw na pag i mind ang Peer Pressure and whatever ky imo man ng life Don't wait for tomorrow what you can do for today!!!!

Na envy ko nimo ky as early as now nag hunax naka sa emo future hehe ako pod ng buhaton hehe... kadtu imo mga ka berks na ng engon na too young pa ka pra mu invest ug mu go for business para nko mali to sila hehe^_^ .... when pa mn natu e prepare ang future kundi karon mag unsa nalng ang future if di mag make og mga initiatives karon ( di ba? )....nganung nag exist pa ang word na Preparation ug di ra diay japon buhaton, so go ahead bro venture jud while kaya hehe.....then if maabot ang time na murag grabe ang stress then feeling exhausted jud ka ayaw pod pagkalimot to take a break pag relax ug e pamper imo self para after break refresh n pod ka hehe........

@the-guardian wow it's good to know nga naay IE diri sa Istorya...nagplan pud ko make a site about IE pero problema gamay ra techy ug have time to go online...ehehehe nindot na imu gipangbuhat...at least na inspired ko sa imu buhat nga mga biz ventures..magpaadvise guro ko nimo? eheheheh sharex2 biz ventures/ideas...lisud man gud mangitag kaparehag mindset natong mga IE w/ regards to biznis lahi ragyud ug dagan ehehehe

@balot_sweet salamat nga nalingaw ka nako ) anyway...di man ko fulltime mamunit oist...frustrated environmentalist gani ta ...just doing my part to give back to nature...bonus nanang kwarta sa timbang pero kwarta gihapon!!! Anyway magrelax2 man pud ko pero dili normal akong relaxx2 meaning dili kanang pirming taga buhaton sa mga callcenter agents...like kanang ligox2? dijud ko ganahan ana....hasta nang inomx2 kay para nako "Non-value adding activity" na cya...mas mudive pakog videoke ug laagx2 ug kaon..yes part sa balance sa time is ang sacrifice sa work...bahala to cla oi...bata pajud kuno kaau ko para magprepare sa akong future...hala intawn...mga kasal ug separated ug mga nay anak pa jud cla...di nlng ko manglibak...I just do the things I do for my future and leave the rest to god (makawla nig stress) ehehehe ug pangdji pud...I just want to hear people's experience sa ilang ventures and time management basin mas daghan pakog mabuhat!

Try to look for a training center that where they are teaching to have a negosyo, and then enroll ka sa ila topics that you have existing of what are you doing karon, we really need man gyud a proper training on what we want to do and after the training you can now concentrate to the things you want to go, dili na ka malglibog unsa imo unhon and at the same time your enjoying and your earning

kung asa ka na-lingaw, adto jud ka.. y man nag-callcenter ka when u can be the boss of ur own business? as i have read ur post on what u have, or would like to do, mura man simang ang pag-trabaho sa callcenter.. im not discouraging you though..

what i think is that, basta night shift, lisod na mu-balance sa time.. kay sleep sa gabie ug sleep sa adlaw kay lahi ra gyud.. u can sleep for a few hours sa gabie, nya ok ra ka mata sayo next day.. kung tulog ka adlaw, mura kuwang jud siya..

if you'd like to engage in more activities, go go go!! take lang ka vitamins..
