    Arrow Constipation


    my normal bowel is about 3 - 4 days... sometimes reaches 6 days <since i was a child> now m 25

    need some advice for any supplement / healthy tablets or anything

    tried: vita plus & fibrosine or both... no effect

    any suggestions,

    ha better go see an internist bro,
    your bowel movement is not healthy....
    and drink a lot of water and check on your diet
    as well...might be one of the cause

    try nesvita cereal or eat more vegetables.

    include papaya as your main fruit and eat also kamote...and vital c..

    bro first thing know your blood type; if type AB ka.. bawal ka eat ug meat like chicken and beef, type AB's have low stomach acid it means dugay cla maka digest selected ra ila kaonon.. vege and fruits is easily digest by type AB's. Animal protein is lisod idigest.. if i wer you search sa google.. know your blood type and foods to be eaten according to your blood type..

    This is my problem too. I take laxatives everytime I get constipated but I learned that it's not good for the health daw kung dependent ta ani.Naa daw kanang RED JUICE pero wapa ko ka.try, I dont know sad where to buy.

    undang kaon ug rice and banana kay sus kana rice and banana kay grabeh jud na maka-"twobull". kaon ka dapat ug oatmeal, papaya, mango, & vegetables, and inum ug milk.
