Hi Istoryans! Can I get ur ideas about child constipation remedies? My 1 year old daughter has been suffering from constipation. What can I give her for her to have a regular n normal bowel movement? Thanks.

Since 1 year old na imong daughter, aw ipa try ug drink YAKULT 1 bottle. mao na akong ipa inum pud sa akong 1 year old son. basta ma notice na namo nga mag lisud libang mao gyud na daun amo ipa inum. ampay pa gyud na sa akong son. Or try ponkan orange ipa kaon or ipa sip ang juice. sure gyud na sab nga mo gawas humok. di mag lisud libang. try it. just my suggestion based on my experience with my son. pa kan-a sab na fruits para naa fiber sa iya diet.

try mix Honey with warm water maybe maka help na sya.. mao na akong gi buhat sa ako baby nga gi tubol and if nag milk feed pa imo daughter try sad ayaw lang milk lang peudi sad Honey with warm water aron ma circulate ang digestion.

paimna dghan tubig, ky 1 year old naman kaha na enough na ang 2-3 bottle na milk everyday. pakan a yoghurt, mga prutas like grapes, apple etc. ayaw pag anad anang tambal na ipaslak sa lubot or kana imnon.
