aside in manila, i know gardenia is available in sm davao and iloilo, its weird nga y we dont have it in cebu. anyways, you order through LBC. u can call and ask them, may minimum yata, im not really sure

It's too bad that the Cebu plant's construction has been terribly delayed.

I am, however, confident that when it gets built and starts distributing bread in the local market, Gardenia's offerings will gain acceptance.

Some excerpts

A. The Cebu plant, which will have a daily production capacity of 50,000 loaves, would be used to serve the Visayas and Mindanao areas, which are currently served through its plant in Laguna.

B. For the bread loaf market, Gardenia accounts for a dominant 60 percent share and 50 percent for pan de sal market in supermarkets and grocery stores in Luzon. The other branded bread producers have 8-9 percent share each. Umali expects the country’s overall bread consumption, which has remained dormant in the past three years, would improve following the downward trend in bread prices due to the continued softening of wheat prices in the international market.
