if you plan to use XP Home on an internet cafe, I suggest you review their EULA. I'm not sure with the OEM version but the ff provision is present on their retail EULA.

"5. NO RENTAL/COMMERCIAL HOSTING. You may not rent, lease, lend or provide commercial hosting services with the Software."

Pwede ba ang home edition sa cafe? most of the i-cafe that I know are buying home edition...
there is one here in Lapu-lapu, they bought 50pcs Home Edition... they post the receipt and Purchase Order form in their bulletin board. When I use one of the computers, I found out that the installed is XP Professional.

It is clearly stated in the EULA that the Home Edition is not for commercial purposes. I don't know if MS Philippines is going to enforce it but it is there. It would help if someone can post the EULA for the OEM version of XP Home.

base on my understanding gi allowed na nila ang xp home as os sa icafe provided that nakasign ka sa cafe rental agreement provided by authorized ms distributor. ambot lang kkong free ni sya. thats why kong magpalit mog ms didto lang sa authorized dealer para cgurado.

that's where MS's RENTAL RIGHTS AGREEMENT applies. though it was stated in the Windows XP Home Edition EULA that HOME cant be used for business networks, the so-called agreement created by the MS Philippines, gives the user/operator the right to endorse third-party usage of the Operating Systems.
