i have a bad experience with pitdolls bath house pet spa in banawa.first amo gidala among puppy for grooming..we inquired about the package for grooming and ingon nila nga walay labot ang haircut,unya naay nail polish,cleaning sa ears,etc..then pag adto namo,we specifically told the front desk(also the one in charge of the grooming) nga di namo ipa haircut..gipabilin ang puppy namo kay madugay2 daw..when we got our dog (maltese mix jap spitz) gi-haircut hinuon cya and ang pagclean sa ears kay ang outer lang jud and naa pa nahabilin sa sulod mga hugaw..gihimo man hinuon ug poodle..ang buhok around the eyes kay gi-shave..wala na nahabilin...naa pa jud mga puwa2...bati jud kaayo ang nawng sa iro pagkuha namo...nausab jud cya..gi adto namo ug vet a few days after and ingon ang vet kay hugaw pa daw kaayo ang ears and wala daw gi limpyo ug tarong...ang vet nalang naglimpyo sa ears and additional charge jud to..ingon sad sa vet nga sayop ang pagkaputol sa hair mura daw gibinuangan...naluoy jud ko sa iro nako..i just want to share my experience here para ma-aware ang mga pet owners...

sa owner: this is not to bring down the business..this is just to air out my frustrations about the quality of service we got.I hope this will also serve as an awakening to improve the quality of your service. make sure kung kinsa ang mag grooming,kahibaw pod siya unsa iyahang dapat buhaton like unsa gusto sa customer,unsay gisabot,and dili mag tuga2 ug buhat what is not expected of them..

naka pa groom ka kausa dira sa ako pug sa una but wala na ko nibalik kay pareha nimu, "nakuwangan" ko sa ila paglimpyo sa ears sa ako iro... kay several days after i had my pug "groomed" by that shop, i brought him to my vet and she found the ears to be hugaw pa kaayo... di gani sya mutuo nga bag-o ra to gi-groom... mao ng from that time on, didto na lang jud ko sa ako vet gapalimpyo sa ears ni Janggo..

@ironwood: 450 ang gi charge bro..just like you,mao pod ingon sa ako vet..naa pa jud scratches akong iro sa eyes dapit...i learned my lesson jud...ahaka jud bro..bahala na cguro sa charge basta dili lang binuangan ang iro ug i tarong pod ug limpyo uy..
