mao lagi sold out na. Naay unit akong aunt 450k paybayran niya 75 k ang equity the rest pwede na pag-ibig...

it's good for single or couple but i can't advise it for a growing family. Maayu pag balay nalang jud ang kuhaon....

daghan interested sa bougainvilla units kay barato ra..
then strategic pa gyd kay duol sa mga dagko na establishment.
nindot gyd investment.. ipa rent dayon.
2600 ra PAGIBIG.. pwede ipa rent 4k.. kwarta na! hehe
