congressmen should propose a bill to put order to lot and property plannings specially in cities. Roads should be very much accessible and available to all lot owners and their residents specially that they are required for emergency reasons. Not that basketball courts or gymns where only a few can enjoy. Towns and barangays should be tough and agressive and give enough budget to road acquisitions. I will surely vote any congressman who can promise their constituents on this matter.
