corrupted .jpeg file??

i cut and pasted a batch of photos from my memory card to the hdd and they looked fine and i was able to see the thumbnails as well as access the photos. i transferred them to another file folder and now, the thumbnails no longer appear and i can't open the file in firefox, photoshop or even paint.

photoshop says it cannot open the file because it is locked and that i should go to the properties command in windows explorer and unlock the file. but i can't find this properties option. the photo is also not read-only. i cannot copy/transfer the files either coz when i tried to use a photo recovery software.

i checked the properties and i could still see the file size although i cannot see the file summary (type of camera, etc etc details) unlike the other normal photos.

any help from the experts would be most appreciated

is it saved as .jpg file? or bcn corrupted imong MMC..

Try moving the pictures back sa folder o drive where ok pa ang mga pictures bro. Kun ok gani, bsin bad sector sa imu hdd natunong ang folder nga imu g.butangan.

Unsa na folder imu gbutangan? Sa harddisk drive rb? Naa ka mga security software na naka.install like ananang mo.lock ug folder and files? Try daw running in safe mode kun mao ba ghapon..

^ thanks..i use kaspersky...pero kana ra jd na batch of photos na ingana sa tanan na ako gi transfer that night man gud..
