HIS X800XL or GeForce 7900GT?

Im planning to upgrade my video card and my budget is 17,000. Im confused with with the two video cards. Some say choose ATI for clear graphics, others say choose NVIDIA for great performance. But i like both, clear graphics and faster performance. Both cards have a slight difference in price. Which one will i choose or should i go for other card?Any suggestions?

A definite no-brainer! the 7900 GT all the way. Equivalent in performance to the earlier 7800 GTX, but cooler (due to the 90nm manufacturing process), and well cheaper. I checked on RSUn & their 7900 GT cost P 16k compared to a 7800GTX w/c sold around P 25k!

cholocoy, your card is l337 enough.. you may have to wait for the DX10 cards w/c I believe are coming out late this year or Q1 2007.

ay Viktor datz a nice suggestion,..... if no1 here mention about the DX10,..... i would of got the 7900GTX like next month or the month after that,...

(it would be nice to have a 7900GTX now though,.... datz why i was thinkin' bout doin' it,..)
