Where can i study Adobe Photoshop/Web Design/Animation here in Cebu? [short courses]

I've always wanted to study Photoshop, Animation, 3d ug web design...mga in-ana ba.
I'd like to seek help from you guys, if where pwede maka study ani na short course
lng.

Di man gud ko mu school this sem. so i want to spend my time ani.
Pwo dili sad na idungan oe. tagsa2 lng, Ive actually have some Ideas ani.
But, nahan lng ko naa koe proper schooling ani nila.

Also, pila ang estimated tuition fee.

Naanay gi offer sa UC na full course gyud on animation... hayahay 2ng mga bag-ong musud ug college kay wala na sa akong panahon pero mura dawat sad sila ladderized courses ana.

how about self-study..??

nag self study ra ko sa kani nga field.. Especially with Adobe Photoshop and Web Design when I was 4th year H.S., studied Flash when I was 1st year college..

anyways, if you have the time, why not self-study..? look for tutorials online.. daghan kaau tutorials ron..
