is white lie a sin?
example:
(if naa nangutana nimo kung asa nag puyo imong amigo but then you know that the person looking sa imong amigo is to kill him. and then you lied to save your friend.)
what can you say people? or can it be called a white lie?
and if you will tell the truth, can you be held secondary responsible for the death of that person?

liars burn in hell... no such things a w hite lie still a le.. but on secobd thought there is one story in the bible in the OT i think it was about Sarah and Abraham not sure forgot na he... basta the wife told the pharoah atht her husband was her brother, ganhan man ang pharoah sa iyaha... but when the pharoah learned that they were not brothers and sister but man and wife ni-ana nag pharoah na naksala siya sa ilahang GOd, wala siya ni-sulti na nakasala ang girl...

yes there is no such thing (should be not) as a white lie, it is a mere representation, a word pertaining to your action based on common sense and the ability to weight things(laws, situations etc) properly in accordance to morality and universal norms of righteousness.
put it this way...
it is a lie, technically; but in essence is not.

White lie is still a lie however, your intention makes a big difference.
