Kalisod ba ani na question. Hehe!
Anyway, here's my take on this one: if you want a challenging and a fast-paced environment, go for private sectors. If you want na petiks-petiks lang buntag hangtod hapon, go for government. If you want a huge payday, go for private sectors -- there are good-paying companies and there are not-so-good-paying ones.. why choose the not-so-good ones? If you're up for benefits and security with your work, go for government.. Kana kung maregular ka.. Hehe! By the way, there are private sectors with better benefits than the government offers and with huge paydays pa. There are lots of pros and cons on this one depending on the person's preference. But for me, I love it sa private sector. I don't want to work in a slow-paced environment which most of the time is being linked to controversial issues especially with corruption.
@Eljay
based sa imong statement bro, I could say na if government offices has same work ethics and working environment with the private companies then there is a big chance na mo prosper atong country....
i agree on some points stated above (eljay), but i also disagree to the point that a government offices has this "Slow Paced Environment" there are also government bureaus that practices a good working habit, not just this 501 (5:01 style)and with regards to payroll it depend aslo on what position u r nd that best commensurates ur qualification of course, best example of a slowpaced govt bureau is the CAPITOL, CITY HALL,BFAR,DENR..i dont want to talk generally but majority of their workers are LAZY..![]()
seems like bati og feedback ang work sa govertment.. makes me wonder why lots of people want to work sa government
