SATA vs IDE

Mga PC namin sa office is Quad Core / 4GB setups. Pero mostly nagsloslowdown parin in simple usage. But the hard disk we are using are old IDE hard disks, i think tungod ato mao mi nahinay. So dako dyud bag difference ng sata drives sa ide drives?

SATA is a new technology and IDE is an old one...so w/c do you think has the advantages?

Pero lisod i-tell ang difference kung pareha sila ug specs
example:
SATA 120GB 7200RPM 8Mb Cache
IDE 120GB 7200RPM 8Mb Cache

Very old drives, boss used 40GB Hard Drives that are around 4-7 years old. I dont think naa ni syay cache >_>

naa na sa imo old hdd bro kay kusog imo cpu then gamay ug capacity imo hdd, mohinay jud na kay adto man sa hdd mag process.... basin naa bad sec ang hdd.....
makaplit ka diri ug 80gsata diri na barato...

mas hinay ang PATA kaysa SATA pero magdepende man sa gamitan gud nimo, example kung MS Office lng gamiton nimo wla gud difference. pero kung imo gamiton corel, dreamweaver, o video editing, mo diperensya jud.
