    Post loosing weight...


    eiy mga fellow istoryans.. i wanted to have a tip of loosing weight karon kay pag graduate nko highschool ni burot jd ko.. i was a varsity sa basket from our school sinc grade 4 until 4th year college so mag exercise ko prmi sa una but now ni undang na.. dako jd ang ka usaban.. i go to gym pro lisod if la ka close sa gym nga imo ma duol for questions.. any advce of what im going to do for sliming back and be physically fit tan.awn...

    am not sure if guys are into slimming capsules, hehehehehe. but i am trying now modernslim and they a lot said na effective daw. do not quote me on this ha kay di da ba ni bfad approved, but so are lots of other chinese slimming capsules. you can buy it in SM sa may caro and marie tupad

    ingon ako tainer before 2ngud daw na sa sudden change of lifestyle. Imo metabolism ni slower kay wla nmn kaayu ka lihok. better to look for something to keep your blood running. then hinay hinay adjust imo lihok hangtud sa maanad imo lawas nga dli nka lihok. if dli ka adjust imo lawas sa imo activities now compared sa Before, manambok daw jud ka.

    4 things a must to do.. if you want to have a fat burning furnace.. or even reach your peak and get you six pack..
    you don't need a single crunch to get it anyway..

    1.) Mindset - 1st things 1st... Always establish goals that you want to attain..
    And set your mind to do it.. Even if you have to go to a gym that's far from home..
    Sauna.. I have to go to Gorordo.. to workout lang gyud sa Bodytone.. or even sa Citigym sa waterfront lahug.. and I live where? lapu2x.. hehehe
    Know details and basics, regarding food and bodybuilding..
    Bodybuilding is the best way to lose fat..
    They are called bodybuilders because they know professionally.. how to build muscle and lose fat at the same time..
    2.) Nutrition - Don't go on starving yourself, it will slow down your metabolic rate.. Eat the right amount and right portions.. Good fat,carb and protein ratios.. But remember.. Its not calories don't count.. because Calories do count..

    3.) Strength training - Nothing beats lifting weights.. training hard and beat your *** in the gym..
    Go heavy.. ask someone to assist you in this.. Don't be afraid.. you'll know your REAL limits soon..
    Strength training also increases your metabolic rate... And for the ladies.. Don't worry.
    Its next to IMPOSSIBLE for ladies to gain that much muscle... because they don't have much of the male hormones "testosterone"..

    4.)Cardio - Nothing beats a good jog in the morning... To have a healthy heart as well as increase your metabolic rate..

    Everything is connected to one thing.. Metabolic rate.. except for the mind set..

    I agree with you sir Krusade... add lang ko gamay, sa Nutrition. Supplementation is also important. Without supplementation, your progress will be slow... This means the basic vitamins and minerals should be present. Not all foods supply the recommended RDA needed by your body... the right supplementation aids recovery, promotes immunity, and keeps you stronger by the day... =)

    disiplina ra ni uy... if you are a discipline person then imo diet makontrol ug exercise!
