maybe its worth a FORMAT? and a new installation. hehehe...

if its an intermittent problem with detection sa BIOS then.. we can say there's something wrong with your hardware dba?... and of course windows will always follow what its BIOS say/see.

windows cant never fool a BIOS that it has device like this and a function like this.... \m/ (^^) \m/
    i think so...

its not worth a format, cant afford to format my system just for that, i can live with re booting. but if its a hardware prob i'll wait it out, 3-5 yrs naman sad ang warranty sa hdd.

formatting it wont help since i dont experience any data loss/corruption or bad sectors.. il try getting a new SATA cable
