daghan nadakpan sa manila about ila energy saver, cla tulfo pa nagdakop, naganounce dayon ang meralco, they said nga there is no such thing as energy saver except ang consumer mismo mo cut down sa power use. I wonder how this work TS.... maybe you can prove them (meralco) wrong... post niya imo unit and explain more on how it works.

bai ilad sad ko ani nga Power saver, Sardon man to iyang name iyang cell No. 09224673960. Nag bayad me ug 7k after a month ning dako man among bayranan hinoun iyang g pullout ang unit kay iya kno ilisan hangtud karon wala na gyud nag pakita. kana nahitabo adto pang september 2009.
aw kani siya pwede ni siya magamit kong gusto mo mo dako inyong electric bill.
