I pulled out the said printer and tested it in one of our branches with the same setting. I made a printer test via network and it worked smoothly. When I returned the printer to its original place and made it run via network, still this " Spooler subsystem app has encountered a problem and needs to close" error occurred. Could this be caused by spywares or virus? But I doubt on it because I already reformatted the host pc twice. Please share your blinking ideas brothers!

wala kay mas detailed na info sa error nimo? try checking daw sa eventlog basin naa additional information. how about ang number of concurrent connections nimo during printing basin busy kaayo. for a normal desktop window$ PC, 10 concurrent connections ra man tngali ang max (correct me kung sayop).
