We received this morning your email concerning the alleged pilferage of your cargo of 1 carton/47 kilos and declared as Personal Effects under consol no. 1652-I. The cargo was endorsed to us from the Middle East and was forwarded onwards to Cebu in the same condition it was received.
On account of this incident, we deeply regret that items such as mentioned earlier were left unaccounted. We had initiated our inquiry into this matter and we are in the process of collating all the pertinent documents of your shipment for our evaluation.

Last October 24, 2008, I avail your air freight service by sending a Padala Box originating from Dubai to Cebu , Philippines . As per initial discussion, this was supposed to arrive roughly after two weeks.
On November 2, 2008, I arrived in Cebu since I am scheduled to have a vacation by this date. To my dismay, the box has not arrived yet. On November 4, 2008, the box was finally delivered after communicating with your Cebu Branch.
But to my surprise, the box's strap was already cut with only retapes holding the box. I was not aware what the box was going through coming from Dubai to Cebu so I must have to check first the contents of the box before concluding my worries and suspicion.
I was optimistic everything is okay thinking that maybe the box only gave up with size of its contents.
But after making a thorough check-up there were missing items observed. And this is not only mere items, these are precious items. Precious items includes BVLGARI Necklace Earings Jewelry Set and LG Mobile Phone. This is aside from the chocolates taken along with it.
THESE ITEMS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE GIFTS, BUT WHAT HAPPENED NOW
I am your loyal costumer since this is already my 3rd time availing your air freight service, believing that you have clean service to your clients.
Is this the kind of service A LOYAL COSTUMER will receive from your end
I am sending you this complaint with a great hope that I will still retrieve the said items. I am addressing this to the concerned individuals within your company to do appropriate actions to this matter.
I am attaching pictures for you to evaluate further. This is my 3rd time so basically I know that there is something wrong with my box.
