don't eat rice 6pm beyond..daily set up, jogging and fit and ryt..hehe
para mo gamay imong tiyan sit-up, kanang naka suspended imo half sa imo lawas. legs ray ka grip... hehe suwayi kung kaya sa imo strenght. di lang kai abs imo ginanxa. asta pod leg power. ge gooduck!
