there are exercises na maka enhance sa lubot (di maka dako ha, maka enhance lang) but i have not heard of pagamay sa lubot. have you tried loosing weight? maybe you will also loose some of your butt.
the stairs(or machines utilizing the similiar motion) can firm butts
..i also notice after a long kickboxing practice that high kicks like the roundhouse,frontal kay makapama-ol sa lobot
