they're also called standoff screws and the plastic ones are spacers. they come free with every chassis bought.

unfortunately the thing with this build is that its an old mobo p4 2.4ghz i had some old parts lying around and i found a case at home, without the risers, i built it without the risers and the computer will turn on if its lying down but not standing up. probably the case grounding or messing with the motherboard.

thats why i need risers
