    Default Silicon valley and techead PC Store sa SM maayo ba? unsa inyong experiences?


    I just want to open a new thread regarding these stores sa sm Silicon valley and Techead they said before ni palit ko same ra daw na cla ug owner then I proved sakto diay.

    Akong experience so far ok raman ni palit ko before ug vcard and they said 7 days AWR how come? its inside the CPU even I asked the DTI and they said it should be replaced right away if it has a defect as long as under warranty pero they keep on insist 7 days lang daw..well wala pasad ko kasulay nagubaan ko sa akong gi palit nila if ever ill talk directly to the manager and let see unsa iya ma sulti regarding sa AWR its very unfair they're not following Standard Electronic Warranty Policy.

    And how about you guys unsa inyo experience ani nga store?

    wala noun ko experience dha..but if that's the case i think we have the right to report the issue to the concerns..

    Yup, they are the same. Manila based PC shop. Ing ana jud na sila, 7 days ra warranty, murag personal warranty Pero sa mga lain items, lahi man sad ilang warranty. I think if a store has very limited warranty, they are not fully supported by its supplier. Pareha anang samsung brands, if they are fully supported by samsung, if the warranty card says 1 year, then its 1 year warranty.

    Mao jud bro better di nalang mo palit didto. Ako napugos lang kog palit kay wa na jud lain nag baligya that time gabii napud pero ok raman so far akong gi palit na vcard nila no problem.

    7 days for them but 1 year for the manufacturer. i bought an LCD and speakers at silicon valley. very affordable price. but their laptops are over priced. dont buy laptops from them

    mao bah bro heheh sakto jud ka! 7 days murag gi tarong jud ug briefing ilang tanan sales da! heheheh bitaw 7 days is just an excuse pero in reality its not its 30 days I can prove that go and ask the manager im sure when you discuss things w/ him and ask about DTI standard warranty for electronics aw patay nana cla...im sure di nila i sugal ang ila company kaysa ilisan ka dba? hehehe saunz sad daghan gimik ang mga store bro just to have a good sales pero mostly are unfair to consumers.

    most consumers are computer ignorant anyway, if it works and stays working they will buy it and believe the sales person. why? because the sales person is the pro in their eyes.

    why i had one sales person at tech head explaining to me how latest tech the 8400gs is! lol, which is way old and stuff xD i didnt pay attention because i felt it would make me dumber. haha

    no matter tho its not their fault its just their job, people with the patience and passion for tech really know whats what.

    most shops offer 7 days AWR except for some (example: PCX) that have varied AWR terms... why would they inform you about 7 days AWR, so that you can decide whether to waive the standard 30 days AWR. this is also implying that "if you don't agree with our terms buy somewhere else and don't blow your horn on us" thing. that is why i always inspect the item thoroughly and torture it for 5 straight days and try out all it's features... after all this is not the US, this is the philippines and we all know how business works here...

    kung mahimo, i always insist that the item be tested before i leave the store...kapoy na balik in case guba...waste sa oras...diha sa Techead wala ko mopadayon palit ug pcie vcard 2 weeks ago kai dili man sila mo test bisag naa sila computers nga pwede test didto...ok lang kadto agp card ako na buy from them kai wala sila mobo nga agp to test it...
