i'm on a diet... i have no breakfast, lunch nor dinner... instead... its meal 1, meal 2, meal 3, meal 4, meal 5, meal 6 and meal 7...![]()
ako pagpamahaw oatmeal... lunch heavy meal .... dinner prutas kung naa available sa balay...
4 months nako ani na program so far ok kau resulta... pero jogging pud ko once or twice a week for 30 mins minimun sa 2nd mactan bridge kada day-off... nya NAGGYMS KA PART pud gamay... basta anything na makapagawas singot ug diet naa jud resulta. PROMISE! hehe...
so kung mag biking ka plus diet pajud, u will really see the result over time... kung mangutana ka hangtod kanus-a... well, make it a part of ur daily routine nalang... hinay hinay basta kanunay!

coffe lng ko and crackers, pero i've noticed wa ko moslim, my hubby says its bec sa akong ka.Naughty, i thot man gud the more we "do" it the slimmer i get kay its the best form of exercise man kaha, den y man wa ko moslim? namambok man nuon ko??
