normally... if mo demand ka ug salary dapat worth it ka ana.. deli nalang bisan pres graduate demand2x..

anyway, its about experience.. employers pay premium for experience..

insider secret :.. dapat mo demand ka ug "20-30%" increase sa imong present salary.. kana if your resigning for the reason of "greener pasture" konuhay... bisan gi paresign to.. but generally mao nay basihan sa mga employers gyud.. nag dula ra gyud sa 20-30%

if pres graduate ka.. ayaw nalang pag buot2x or demand2x kay e-dump rana imong resume ana.. so might as well sulti nalang ug.. "ug unsay naa sa inyung payscale ma'am/sir kana lang sad ako"

"pay me less or whatever you think you can offer me and i will give you an output you never dream it could be done" confidence + experience = worth/salary

its best you should give a range. base on experience (i interview applicants), mas maayo makabaw ang employer kay ma assess pod niya imong self if pila imong tan-aw how much is your worth. given naman pod gud that naa nay certain budgeted salary for an applicant. if they think taas ra imong expected rate, they will tell you man pod. but if they think you're worth much more than your expected, they tell you as well

new grads or 1 year experience don't expect too much.. " Pila inyong Minimum for the position. Mao na na!"..

    for experienced users:

" Im leaving it negotiable depending on your payscale ".. Normally kung mutransfer ka kay nangita gyud ka greener pasture or nangita ka nindot nga trabaho (not necessarily better paying, maybe work environment)..

pero normally gainsist ni sila, "pila man gyud imong gusto". so you must expect a 20% increase, that is if the same location.. kung Cebu ka, tapos manila ka transfer, expect add-on allowance perhaps 5-10k on top of your 20% increment..

kinahanglan gyud ni nimo isulti kay basig musulti ka nga 15k ka diri cebu, tapos compute ka 20%, 18k okey na ka.. maimpas gyud ka! pangayo ug 25k.. para break even ka didto..

bitaw, you should give a range based on your capacity / experience.
