Job Description
The IT Help Desk is the first point of contact for workstations users seeking technical assistance. They serve as a member of the Corporate Information Technology Group (CITG) Services Team by providing technical support over the phone, remotely, and in person, and maintaining the smooth operations of the microcomputers. Guides the customer regarding the use of broad range of products, offerings, and services. Provides identification, prioritization, and resolution of problems following well-defined guidelines and procedures.
Applicants must be:
A Graduate in any Computer Related Course
Willing to work on shifting Schedules
Good communication skills (English & Tagalog)
Can work in minimal supervision and a fast learner
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
*Duties and Responsibility
Support user and customer over phone
Knows Basic PC / Network Troubleshooting
Respond to questions from callers
Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.)
Serve as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues.
Enforce all Computers policies.
Provide recommendations on company application revision.
