But personally, daghan pa jud ko questions ani since sa traditional gud na cabling, gi protect gud ni nila from noise (like power) nya karon padaganon na nuon ang data sa power.. This is a bit cool though, so medyo intriguing gyud ni na technology..

Basin unya atoang ISP kay VECO na....weeeehhhh....

don't think it's what they mean. kay ang PoE is the technology para ma power up na ang usa ka device (mostly used with IP Phones or Wireless bridges ) through its ethernet. while ang pasabot nila ani is using the existing power lines as part of the media for your data infrastructure as well.. check na lng link on top..

data over power is more advantage for old buildings implementation, wa nay kablehay. kung ang VECO ang mag-implement ani, lupigon ang mga pldt ug globe hehehehe. motorola is developing this technology pero mahal kaayo and di pa stable.

problem ra gyud ani kay ang throughput na imo ma attaing using such technology... mura siguro ni ug HUB na technology, shared ang throughput... so mudaghan ang users, muhinay pud ang throughput.. not to mention the VLANS, kung maka support ba gyud sila.. but basin ma enhance ra pud nila.. that's why promising gyud ni na technology... Nya murag okay pud ni siya i-implement sa mga SOHO (Small Office Home Office) environment.. kay sa ginagmay, di na man gyud kailangan dako au throughput ug network segmentation...

kay naka testing man gud ko ani 4 years ago..naa to event sa marriot hotel..pero mga 2mbps pamanto..dugay na noon...so nagwonder ko if kanang baligya sa cdrking karon ok bana<<sa kadtong naka gamit na.

if you have 8 port switch then install nimo ang 8 DoP devices... so ang mga outlets gkan switch ... 8 sad?
