need help w/ my processors temperature

need help sa temp sa ako pc.. ma abot man og 60c ang temp sa ako processor ig tanaw nako sa BIOS... and i noticed my computer is slower than it used to be..
unsa inyo ma recommend na cooling devices?
ive read about coolers and thermal cases but di man ko kabalo mo install ana and if unsa compatible sa ako computer..

specs sa ako pc:
processor: intel pentium Dual core 2.88ghz
mobo: ASUS P5PE-VM
RAM:1gb + 512mb DDR
Video Card: Nvidia geforce 256mb
HDD:80gb

bai, try looking for vincennt's thread in the buy and sell section.. naa didto for sale nga mga coolers.. I reccomend Arcting Cooling Freezer 7 PRO for 1.4k if you're on a tight budget.. pm him or get a Cooler Master TX2 sa PCX for 1.5k.. n_n,

bro, pila na ka months na imo PC? basin na-uga na ang thermal paste ana sa processor. try lang daw sa og ilis og paste then check kung maulian ba.

di ba init man jud na ang pentium d. I think its a must to secure an aftermarket cooler.
