Hey, istoryans m trying to help my cousin here in US who is a legal recruiter (West Links International)looked for PTs that have ample experience in their field. A plus on qualification if complied with international english certifications or international licensure but if not, it can be processed ra man pod. She needs 2 for now. to be honest, dili sa big cities ha...ayaw ninyo i-compare sa nurses.

She is not into advertisement in the phil. ky di man nya gusto na mapang-masa ang dating. gusto sya via referrals na maka-vouch sa qualifications. her recruitment agency is just her hobby. to give an idea, she started hiring Med. Techs then PTs now. her name is widely known sa Cebu Doc Hospital. at least a year or 2 will be more appropriate. my cousin will usually do the preliminary inteview and if she thinks u will qualify, your documents will be sent to the employer, then they will call her back to tell her the interview by phone. of course u will be informed....this is how the process goes.

my cousin has her own immigration lawyer to do the processing sa INS. regarding, sa finances na side...i wud rather let the applicant talk to my cousin via email. i wud just like to tell every1 that ang PT cant be compared sa nurses na ang employer tanan gasto. however, there r instances na ang employer will handle at times.

if u got friends, na mau ug repu...paki pasa lang.

@twinklestar: is this experience ongoing or past na? ask nako ako cousin...kung ongoing gud at least current and mudagan pa ug pila ka months ang process, so muta-as pa gamay imo experience.

i dont want to advertise her email here...for i dont want her to receive tons of emails na wa sya kaila. m trying to at least screen a lil bit and endorse ur name to her when i call her. di ko gusto maulawan ako cousin na ako na gi-endorse na taw. i hope sabot mo.

m sori if d nako ma advertise ang email sa ako cousin na who owns a recruitment agency. i hope makasabot mo sa ako intention to control it a lil bit...

d pod mi mangigilad na taw. i will just give u a lil background of her. She is a Med Tech by profession and graduated sa Velez College. her father is the retired Provincial Prosecutor of Cebu. she worked for awyl sa Cebu Doctors Hospital where she met her husband who is one of the diplomate surgeons sa CDH as well. Her husband is a senior anesthesiologist in a level 2 acute facility in the city of baltimore. she started her recruitment way back pa sa Florida. this is just her hobby and not her milk and honey to raise her family.

m sure she works with whole honesty and sya pa gani ang permi mabiktima sa mga ga-kalainlain na applicants sa phil. mao ang reason na cautious ko mo endorse.

kung kamo ang applicants na medyo naa problem sa "trust"...(we'll understandable ky lisod na salig ron panahuna) or medyo tag-as naa kau ug confidence sa inyo field tungod ky daghan na mo ug experience and u cant help but show a character sa way mo mo inquire nako, PLS AYAW NALANG PADAYONA! dont get me wrong na nagpa-impotante ko pls...i just believe much in people's character man gud!

k ra kaau kung wa pod mo inquire ani na thread. i just received a PM from somebody who's not really so impressive in regards to portraying himself or his character...nagwonder lang nuon ko unsa sya kung maka abroad na!!!
