Practice makes perfect. There are no specific answers to those kind of questions, they are not looking for a "right" answer but they're looking for a sensible answer. Other than that, they would also look at how you answer those questions. Confidence is a must and it must go hand in hand with a sensible answer. If you've got both, you've got the job in the bag.

I think naa gyud techniques ana pag answer, you can't just tell them straightforward what you feel 'coz sometimes true feelings may be disappointing to the interviewer. Just like when you apply for a certain job because of the fact that it has good compensation, i don't think it's wise for the applicant to tell the reason that it's because of the salary that they'r offering which makes him interested to apply for the position. there's nothing wrong with being straight forward man.. cuz` most employer or i believe employers are psych majors. Practically, almost all of us are after of the salary and benefits, ofcourse, it's up to you to prove to the employer that you are worth every penny that they are paying you for. Being straight forward would also mean that you are straight to the point and no other cheesy talks just to be hired. It's about showing what you've got.. showing the employer that you are simply telling that you are the best.. no need for techniques, just be true.. then if you are really good.. then you'll be hired... not to brag but it's what experience has taught me over the years.
