    my name is adrian .

i am a programmer from philippines interested in your referral bonus,

    can i ask a question?

how can i avail this opportunity?

i think you already know philippines is a gold-mine of talents, and i am willing to refer some to you.

can i avail this referral bonus if i am not one of your employees?

    thanks

a $10k referral bonus is a 'normal' amount when it comes to referral fees (this fee can also be called headhunter's fee and finder's fee, among other things).

this is indeed a rare and wonderful opportunity to earn but before we get too excited... take note of a couple of things:

    1. that they are looking for the right candidate who is already in the US. so dili ni pwede nato nga naa pa diri.
    2. if we really wanna help them look for the right candidate, it would be best to have that agreement (as in a MoA) in writing, signed by both parties and duly notarized. dako dako bya sad nang $ 10K... what if, after u help them, they dont pay up? you're here, they're there.

    @ doboloh:

    my $10,007 question...
if i find someone who is a perfect fit for that position... gets interviewed... gets hired... how much will i need to share with you?

if you refer someone who qualified, that's good...

if they won't pay up, (IF they won't),
think of it as giving blessings to your friends,
you will have happy friends then.

and, you don't need to share your bonus to me,
it's a blessing you have for yourself.
