Sorry to burst your bubble, there is almost a zero probability that you'll find a business that will meet your investment and cash flow requirements.

FYI, most business will make money or ROI (Return on Investments) on the fourth or fifth year. Lucky if on the third year and definitely not after one year and three months as your cash flow requirements (200k a month).

Doing so would also mean that your IRR (Internal Rate of Return is 80% and NPV (Net present value) after five year is about 5M). In the real world, businesses would be happy if they can get 20% IRR on thier investments over a 25 year period and 50% of original investment NPV in 25 years.

Like the previous posters have said above monthly cash flow of 50k to 80k would be more realistic. =) I suggest you research on a good franchise to invest your money in. Good Luck.

para nako pinakasafe investment of ur money wud be to buy lot n u sudivide the lot sur jude ko naa ka profit but dili lng net of 200k a month but sometimes ur captal investment wud b triple.

base on my experience we bought a property that cost us 500k (undevelop) 2 years ago we subdivde the lot to 32units and per unit cost 200k each

Dagget,I would like to say that we should not judge any kind business and we should not put words to the mouth of other people as we know that we have the power of choice. If the person will be interested to join Igen or JC spice it's his call not you. It's not easy to make a net profit like that, especially when you're on a startup phase. If you want guaranteed money every month, you can try a Certificate of Deposit that doubles your money in 5 years time by giving you monthly interest income.
