webcam block by ISA server

anybody can share how to fix or enable my webcam in yahoo messenger as well as the audio.
I have ISA server2000 act as proxy & firewall, I dont know where to enable the webcam feature.

yahoo webcam uses port 5050, try to open both TCP and UDP, also install firewall client. kong dili bay use the static ip address.

tnx bro..but im not professional on the ISA server configuration...could you tell me where to set it? I have tried many times but still the cam not working.

In addition, I got this error message appeared when I try to start my webcam on the yahoo messenger

"A network error occured while connecting to the server"

Any ideas? would be appreciated.

Program Files>ISA Management>Access Policy>IP Pocket Filters

on filewall client installation, browse the ISA server and find mspclnt folder double click setup and follow the installation procedure.

open these ports and cinfigure yahoo as to connect as No Proxy.

bro thanks, i have configured/open those ports since we installed the ISA. As ive said on some pc it will and some wont, i guess i miss something on the configuration.

have you tried to all of your client pc in your network?

yes all my pc's in the network can able to use webcam & voice chat now

maybe u miss something there..pls double check
