    Default Multi-display...

    Please post all your knowledge on how to create multi-monitors out of a single machine. I would be more than glad to read any suggestions that you may have.

    if you're talking bout extending your desktop with multiple displays, you just need any graphics card that has at least 2 video outputs (vga + dvi or dvi + dvi), and connect it to separate monitors. go to display properties and set your displays on an etended setup.

    Dual head is not what I am looking for. This topic is on multi-display and extended desktop is an entirely different thing. This is OT.

    my bad then. just trying to help, that's why i said "if you're talking bout extending your desktop with multiple displays" before making my "ot" comment. you could at least be polite to people. if that was ot then your last post before mine is way more ot.

    @Der FüHRER

    My previous post was one of my creative ways of thanking salbahis for being the first to reply in this thread and being able to give out a nice good link. It was preceded with an "@". I do believe it was no OT. I was polite. The explanation though was done formally. Thank you for your help though.

    he is not out of topic..Der FüHRER is answering ur query....and he is again right...how u answer is not polite..

    a simple " thanks, but thats not what im looking for", will do...just my1 centavos..

    multi display is a broad topic..it can be a single card solution as in a dual head..like the entry level cards..or quad display in a single card as the N9800GX2..

    or this maxtrox card...
