it's not hard to learn photo editing and designing webpages. all you got to do is search for available tutorials online and its more easier to learn..

try image->adjustments->hue/saturation checked on colorize and adjust hue and saturation sliders. experiment for the tone that suit ur needs.

or you could go to window check on actions expand on default actions atn and select sepia click the play button, this automates the sepia toning of your image.
