SODIMM DDR2 Question

Hello,

I have a Toshiba Satellite M200-E431 w/ 2GB onboard. I'm thinking of upgrading to 4GB to keep up with Vista's demand. However, the following results in newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...027+1309121118 gives an option for PC2 5300 and PC2 5400. Specs on my laptop say that it's currently equipped with PC2 5300. I was wondering if pwede ang PC2 5400? Will I gain any performance advantage if I choose this or should I play safe and buy the PC2 5300? Would it even be possible to use 800Mhz DDR2 on my laptop?

double check daw sa imong manual bro if pwde ba jd ang pc5400 sa imong laptop,..nya kng pwde man gane,then go ahead ang buy a pc5400..pro kng dle jd ka sure about ana,sa pc5300 nlng para safe tanan...hehe..naa cya improvement bro kng pc5400 imo ram pro dle cya noticeable...(ako rani idea bro ha??)
