If you combined them it should be at 533 since your ram will follow the slowest module around, but if you removed the 533 and placed the 667 you need to properly set the bios dividers for it to run at 667

Did you combine it with the 533 modules?

does your MB support the 667DDR2? Coz it's possible that your mem is 667 but your MB is at 533 only. and as one poster said, if u combined it - it will run at slowest module's spec - which is the 533 in ur case.

not same speed memory pairing will be like dti policy..

    lowest rate prevails..if u set it @ 667 in bios..gud luck..

it will not run...if the 533 is a generic and uncapable of reaching 667..

or it may run...overclocking the 533 into 667mhz.. gudluck still...we hope ur 533 will not be cooked off.

    solution..

sell ur 533 and acquire another 667 to pair it up.

a same brand..no of chips. cas rating will serve u best..

if not..hopefully it will not bog down the performance..
