Where can i have my cellphone blocked and my SIM card

My phone just recently stolen, i want it blocked so that it wont be use anymore same with my sim card. Guys help, where can i have it block?

you can have it traced sa imo network provider... i think. Just inquire. Im not sure about prepaid or lower plans, but murag nakadungog ko sauna they do that to platinum subscibers. Kung about blocking, you can call your provider if plan ka.
