Where can i have my MP3 player REPAIRED?

i have an RCA Lyra Mp3 player and i don't know what happened to it but one day I was trying to rename a file while the player was connected to my USB port but i dint know i was renaming it in the E; folder which is technically the content of the mp3 player so now it doesnt turn on or something

Not familiar with your player but...
Try to upgrade the firmware from RCA Audio/Video - Downloads para mabalik ang system files. If your player came with a installer cd, basig naa didto ang system file installer.
