Remember he didn't own Manny, he can't cant control who manny wants to fight next. Just like David Diaz, Oscar is just too slow for Manny, he's so busy defending himself from Manny's punches that he forgot to fight back. MABUHAY TAYONG MGA PINOY!

Add to that, there was some friction in the past regarding contract disputes and Oscar would have wanted to get back at the pacman but Manny was just the better fighter and dominated him instead
