bro, sounds like a common servo problem of a 4g92 sohc engine. advise lang is not to convert it because it was never designed that way. Mas maayo pa if you buy a surplus servo coming from a 4g92 na hyundai elantra. Mas maayo kung maminaw ka nila ni poy and crashburn because they know and have experience on mitsu engines. Don't go for shops nga all around coz based on experience, wala pa ko kita ug mechanic na swito on all types of engines. Pwede na nimo dad.on sa casa since libre ang check-up and estimate. At least you will really know what the problem is kung imo ipa check sa casa. Look for Eugene sa mitsu mandaue.

minaw bitaw ko sa advise nila poy ug crashburn. dili man recommended ni crashburn ang repair kit. si poy is saying na ok ra daw, more on sa looks man iya concern, but sa performance ok man cya.

nindot man pailis ug kanang tinangtang na working na servo but madaot ra gihapon padulngan unya cost much much more kaysa convert. 8k pangayo sa surplusan for the used servo. medyo out budget. anyway boss, pwede man matangtang ang conversion kung naa na budget jd, pero if ok ra jd ang conversion, why switch back to servo? dba? tested naman sad ni sa manila, daghan na gabuhat ani, feels like having a servo ra sad daw. ang kinahanglan man lang is sure jd na servo ang guba, dili lain. in my case, textar is sure.

sure ka bai 2.5k ra brandnew na servo? si siguro to mao oi, 11 to 12k mn brandnew. di pd siguro ani ka dako difference price sa manila.

First culprit jud ana is servo if erratic imu idling whether on or off imu ac. if thats the case, having an idle up will not address the issue, from what i know idle up will only address ur problem when ac is engaged (not sure though, correct me master poy). first rule on isolating the cause especially for someone with a tight budget(like me) is to start on the parts with lesser cost. have you check the servo gears?, if broken, get a repair kit. have you cleaned the servo and tb? have you reset the ecu? these are not so expensive process that might and i repeat might isolate the real culprit para di naka mag duha duha sa recommendation sa imu mechanic. if broken jud, u might as well invest in a servo replacement.

if its broken replace it, if not, dont do anything stupid. there are a thousand DIY solutions out there, which myt work but is it really designed for your car? give it a thought mga bossing.

i dont know anythng about cars and engines (c poy ra), but i compensate it by asking opinions and reading. hehe

buhaton nko ang DIY kay barato ra gasto. kaning sa akoa guba gyud ang servo. if OK ang dagan sa DIY (and as a driver you should notice that), designed for it or not, basta it has same function and works well, then you saved yourself a lot of money. if mao ra gihapon, at least you tried. hehehe.. hinuon, di sad ko basta2x DIY if wala nasuwayi sa uban.. so far, sa kadto servo gyud ang guba na nagDIY, ok man feedback. eliminated the problem and didn't lead to new other problems.

Pero bai glsayson, you must deactivate the servo if mag toyota idle-up ka. Sa ako, I used a block-off plate sauna. Not so familiar with lancer 4g92 nga servos lang so wa ko idea unsaon pagdeactivate ana.

Ang servo sa imo engine have gears. Ang sa ako kay lahi. If maguba, guba jud, unlike sa imo, ang gears ra usually maguba.

If mag-idle up conversion ka without deactivating your defective servo, erratic ra gihapon ang imo idle. Suwayi sad kuno advice ni bai crash nga limpyohan o palimpyohan imo TB basin hugaw ra sad na.

Just my 2 cents

Naa ra diay nako ang idle-up valve nako. Pero not sure if ok pa ni. Dugay na ni na stocked together with some other parts. Basin guba na sad ni or needs cleaning lang.
In case di ka kita, pm me lang. Pero mas maayo makapalit ka brand new just to be sure. Try YASCO, they should have it.

bai poy, di man erratic akoa idle, di lang mosaka ang idle inig ON sa aircon kay deads na lage tawn akoa servo. hehehe..

about 600 ra akoa nagasto. hehe
