yep. i just shared my experience ky d pud lalim nga unstable/guba ang servo. i spent more than 15k to replace it ky late na kaau. and d pd lalim mag saka kanaog ang rpm while naa sa dalan...lain au paminawn.
hopefully ma stable ra na imong rpm sir. dli na mag flactuate.

Dayon ra na solbaron and you don't need to spend several thousand of pesos aron lang mo work ug tarong ang dagan inig on sa aircon. Pangunsulta ug shops kung di sila kahatag ug mas ubos sa P1500 nga presyo (apil ang labor) to fix that problem, sure gyud abot na ug beyond 10k imong magasto. The original or recommended replacement parts used by most shops will one day suffer the same problem (labi na abogon kaayo dire sa atoa) until you stop from using them.

sa manila they said its better to change to toyota idle up para sa mga lancer. very cheap pud daw around less than 1k ra. compatible daw cya basta ang mutaud kibaw lang pud. try check sa mitsulancerph.net

taken from that site. hope this helps.

just realized na wala pang DIY thread for servo conversion to Toyota Idle-Up. para po ito sa mga pobreng katulad ko na walang pambili ng bagong servo.

    Thanks to:
Gino for sharing the procedure. he owns some of the pics posted.
Emerson from CM who devised the conversion. kudos to him. I think he's the emerson I met kila sarol last week, forgot to ask him about it.
Japeeps for donating his IACV thanks pre labyuh ;D

I will soon replace this with my own pics.

    materials needed
    1. Toyota-Denso idle-up auxillary air valve (part no.) 88691-17030, last time I asked this sells for 750 petot sa evang
    2. 1/4" Fuel hose, mga 4 ft, 5 ft na bilhin nyo panigurado
    3. 1/4" T-pipes, ask around aircon repair shops, they usually have this in stock
    4. zip ties
    5. gauge 18 wire para sa line going to the aircon compressor

connect the lower hose to the T-Pipe tapping into the hose from the Valve Cover to the intake manifold

connect the upper hose to the T-Pipe tapping into the hose from the intake tube to the valve cover

    another view

The Toyota Idle Air Valve mounted. connect the ground wire to body ground, tap the positive to the magnetic clutch activation wire(commonly a red Wire on the compressor) will post pics of the wire where i tapped this.

    from another view

full view of the hoses connections

    How to set Idle RPM.
    1. With aircon OFF set the Base IDLE by turning the BISS screw on the manifold.

    2. With Aircon ON turn the screw on the Toyota Idle Air Valve to get the desired RPM while aircon is ON.

andali diba? Oh i-DIY nyo na. di siguro aabutin ng 1500 petot ang magagastos mo.
